Order processing and dispatch times

Your order will be carefully processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-5 working days. The regular delivery time is 10-15 working days from dispatch.

Important note: There is no dispatch on weekends and public holidays.

Consignment tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will immediately receive an e-mail with the tracking number. You can track the current status of your delivery online at any time.

Please note: Tracking information will not be updated on the tracking website until 3-7 days after dispatch. Please be patient until the data is fully available.

Order changes and cancellations

Before dispatch

  • Cancellation: Possible at any time without additional costs
  • Change of address: Can be easily customised
  • Product change: Subject to availability

After dispatch

Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unfortunately unable to process refunds or change delivery addresses. Please check all details carefully before confirming your order.

  • No additional customs duties
  • Stress-free delivery directly to you
