Return and exchange periods

⏱️ 3-day rule

  • Examination deadline: You have 3 days to check the goods after receipt
  • Complaint period: Returns are only possible within 3 days of the date of purchase
  • Immediate check: Check all items for proper function immediately upon receipt

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after the 3-day period has expired.

Order changes and cancellations

Before dispatch ✅

  • Change of address: Correction of the delivery address possible
  • Cancellation: Complete order cancellation possible

After dispatch ❌

Once your order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Undeliverable consignments

In the event of parcel rejection or incorrect address, we will charge a Processing fee from 30% of the purchase amount for refunds.

What can NOT be returned

  • Free promotional samples
  • Customised orders via sales representatives
  • Wholesale orders
  • Normal, opened items (50% restocking fee)

🚫- Hygiene and safety reasons

The following items are excluded from return:

  • E-liquids/e-cigarette oils
  • Mouthpieces and cartridges
  • Coils and vaporiser cores
  • Opened tanks/RDA/RDTA devices
  • Wires and cotton
  • Tanks and vaporisers
  • Batteries and chargers

🚫 Damaged items

Products with are not returnable:

  • Physical damage or water damage
  • Traces of tampering
  • Discolouration or packaging damage with e-liquids

What CAN be returned

✅ Accepted returns

Exclusively defective products - Normal, functional items are not accepted for return.

Return process

1️⃣ Submit a return request

Required information:

  • Full name
  • Order number and date
  • Product name (brand, model, colour)
  • Reason for return (e.g. defective product, wrong item)
  • Photo/video credits of the defect with visible barcode, serial number and QR code
  • Desired solution (refund, credit note, exchange)

⚠️ The return cannot be processed without complete information.

2️⃣ Return shipment

  • Packaging: Careful packaging at your expense
  • Dispatch: Return shipment with your own label
  • Processing time: 1-3 working days after receipt of goods

3️⃣ Requirements for defective items

  • No physical damage or deep scratches
  • No returns due to minor cosmetic defects
  • All accessories must be included
  • Careful packaging (transport damage is at your expense)
  • Article must not be on the exclusion list

Refunds and exchanges

💰 Refund procedure

  • Processing time: 7-10 working days after receipt of goods
  • Bank term: Up to 10 additional days
  • Method: Refund to original method of payment
  • Shipping costs: Will not be refunded

  • Regular price items: Fully refundable
  • Promotional items: Non-refundable
  • Sale items: Exchange only if available, no repeat orders

Important notes

📦 Transport risk

We accept no liability for lost, stolen or damaged returns. We will notify you of missing or damaged items within 24-48 hours.

💸 Non-qualified returns

If your return does not meet our guidelines, you will have to pay the return shipping costs to get the item back.

🤔 Buyer's remorse

Opened or used items without defects will not be taken back.
